What is concierge care? Simply put: we take the time to treat you as an individual. Every patient is different, one size does not fit all. At VCO, our customized treatment plans are unique for every patient – there are no preset treatments – we find what works for you. The VCO office is designed to accentuate the concierge experience by providing a comfortable and relaxing space for patients.

Our state-of-the-art facility incorporates cutting edge orthodontic equipment. We use the Itero® digital scanner for exceptionally accurate dental models and Invisalign® trays or 3D printed hidden braces - no more messy impressions or gagging!

We are also the only office in NOVA to offer Inbrace, or hidden braces. These braces use 3D printing technology and a custom wire bent by a robot! Pretty neat!

Adult smile Suite
We are the only office in the greater Washington DC metro area to have an exclusive Adult Smile Suite, providing patients a private treatment space to view Invisalign® and clear aligner plans. We are also the only office to offer invisible braces.

Dr. Markova and the VCO team is committed to giving you the perfect smile in as little time as possible! We offer options to reduce the time spent in treatment, with fast braces and clear aligners so you can see results in 4-6 months. Acceledent®, a vibrating device that accelerates tooth movement by 30-50%, and Propel® which creates small areas of accelerating action around the teeth, are just a few of the accelerated techniques available at VCO.

We get it - you're busy!!! Our flexible scheduling, offering late-night hours, ensures that scheduling an appointment is hassle free. Our office is located within a 5-minute walk of the Rosslyn and Courthouse metro stops. In addition, our office offers ample street parking with an attached garage.

Dr. Markova is a big proponent of education. She has been a featured lecturer at Harvard School of Dental Medicine and is a clinical instructor at University of Maryland School of Dentistry. Dr. Markova and her staff are always learning new techniques, staying on the forefront of orthodontic innovation. The staff at VCO passes this knowledge on to patients to ensure they are informed of all the possible treatment options and know exactly what to expect with each of them.
